Akshaya – The Picture Drome, Liverpool

Browns Contract Furniture was proud to collaborate with Akshaya – The Picture Drome, a vibrant Sri Lankan and South Indian restaurant to design, build, and install a bespoke collection of booth seating that reflects the restaurant’s distinctive blend of traditional and contemporary South Asian influences.

For this project, we crafted a selection of 3 to 4 custom radius booths in a variety of luxurious finishes, including deep buttoned, fluted, quilted, and classic Chesterfield-style backs. Each booth was designed to provide a unique yet cohesive aesthetic, enhancing both comfort and visual appeal throughout the dining area.

Working closely with the restaurant owner, we developed and refined the seating concepts to perfectly suit the space. Our team conducted on-site visits to ensure precise measurements, seamless installation, and an exact fit within the interior layout. The final result is a striking combination of elegance and durability that enhances the restaurant’s welcoming atmosphere while supporting the practical needs of a busy dining environment.
